Udhaba.com ("we," "our," or "us") provides a map of Indian restaurants and truck parking locations. This page explains what information we collect and how it's used.

Location data

When you allow location access in your browser, your current coordinates are used only to show your position on the map, calculate distances to nearby places, and sort the nearby-places list. Your location is not stored on our servers — it's used live in your browser session only.

Parking & issue reports

When you submit a parking availability report or flag a place as closed or moved, we verify you are near that location using your device's reported coordinates at the moment of submission. We store the report itself (the spot count, or the issue type and any details you provide), along with a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address — not your raw IP address — used only to prevent spam and duplicate reports. This hash cannot be reversed to identify you.

What we don't collect

We do not require account creation for the public map, and we do not collect names, emails, or payment information from visitors using the map itself.

Third-party services

This site uses OpenStreetMap for map tiles and links out to Google Maps for turn-by-turn directions. Those services have their own privacy policies governing data collected when you use them.
